Matt Belz received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2008, where he served as the Associate Editor in Chief of the Journal of Dispute Resolution. During law school, Mr. Belz obtained Rule 13 Certification, which allowed him to gain significant courtroom experience at the Prosecuting Attorney's Office in St. Charles, Missouri.
Mr. Belz was born and raised in St. Louis and is a graduate of St. Louis Priory School. He graduated with honors from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2005. His primary focus was Business Administration, but he also received a minor in Philosophy.
Mr. Belz joined the firm in 2008, and practices general litigation with emphases in civil liberties and small business.
